Part time position that could lead into full time role. North Point is located at the beach end of North Road in Brighton overlooking the bay. North Point is a premium 200 seat beach front cafe that is open for breakfast & lunch. Beach House Brighton is our newly opened beachfront cafe located metres away from the iconic Brighton Beach Bathing Boxes. Beach House is an iconic cafe with unmatched bay and city views serving breakfast and lunch on the Brighton foreshore. Applicant must be professional and reliable with a passion for food and a positive team attitude. Excellent communication skills and good english is essential. You will be required to assist the Head Chef with the day to day operations of the kitchen, show leadership, attention to detail, strong customer service, and high standard of cleanliness and presentation. You must be able to work efficiently & operate well under pressure in a team environment. This is an opportunity to develop your skills in the kitchen. We require at least two years experience in high volume kitchen along with a Certificate III or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery. Weekend availability is required.
