Your role:Working in a small team with a large national focus, you'll be integral to the Applications Support experience supporting the national warehouse.You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, user support & system enhancements. Working closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable & efficient application performance. Providing end-user support & training for Oracle E-Business suite, alongside:Troubleshoot & resolve complex application issues.Supporting related applications (Supply chain, Inventory, Order Management, Finance)Log, track & manage service requests.Test application integrations & updates.Utilise Oracle development tools such as TOAD & SQL for support tasks. About you:A tech savvy detailed oriented application support analyst across the challenges within a large organisation, or similar along side:Oracle ERP (E-business Suite) Applications knowledge.Strong analytical & problem solving skills.Ability to build strong working relationships.Experience supporting related applications (Supply chain, Inventory, Order Management, Finance). Soft skills:Around 5 years experience in application support.Prior experience working with SQL & PL/SQL.Enjoy communicating & solving complex issues satisfying internal customers.
