The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR administration. Manage recruitment processes, including job ads, application screening, and background checks Oversee onboarding activities, including employment offers, inductions, and compliance training Assist with learning and development programs, including leadership training and compliance modules Support HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide general HR administrative support and respond to staff queries What do you need: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (experience with ELMO or Humanforce is a plus). Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. The ability to work collaboratively and independently when needed. Current CPR, Police Records Check, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
