As Key Account Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the company’s mass merchant retail division. From managing product data and supplier onboarding through to compliance, analysis, and system uploads, you’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product, product managers, supply chain, and vendor support teams to keep launches and replenishment running smoothly and on time. Upload product details into company systems correctly. Help set up new products and suppliers, following the rules. Check sales and stock levels so nothing runs out. Work with supply chain and store support teams. Make sure products are in the right place at the right time. Prepare product info and check packaging meets standards. Onboard new suppliers and keep their details updated. Meet deadlines for uploads, compliance, and launches. Support the Head of Product and product managers every day. Who you are Organised and detail-focused, you’re confident handling data and deadlines You may have worked in retail, DIY, or supermarket account support Perhaps you’re from a supplier background with exposure to national retailers You could come from consumer goods, electrical, or another fast-moving product industry Used to juggling compliance, portals, and customer database systems Comfortable working with different teams and solving problems quickly Driven, proactive, and keen to learn in a supportive environment Skills required Experience supporting key accounts, ideally with national retail customers Understanding of the overall retail and DIY market Strong Microsoft Excel skills with confidence handling data and analysis Understanding of ERP or customer database systems Experience with compliance, packaging, or supplier onboarding preferred Apply now or contact Miller Langford-Ely on 0482 087 708 or miller@barclayrecruitment.com.au for a confidential chat.
