The Role: As a Contract Administrator in Forge Solutions' Home Electrification division, you'll play a key role in managing contracts that support the delivery of sustainable home upgrades in partnership with Green Homes Australia. You'll ensure all contractual obligations are met, compliance with legal and company standards is maintained, and risks are effectively mitigated. This role is essential to the smooth execution of projects involving all-electric home solutions-helping drive impactful outcomes for homeowners, developers, and government partners. The role is full-time based in our Doncaster Office. Key Responsibilities: The Contract Administrator position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient management and execution of contracts within Forge Solutions. The primary purpose of the role is to oversee contracts that Forge Solutions have engaged in, check that all contractual obligations are met, check that compliance with legal and company standards are maintained, and any contractual risks are effectively mitigated. The Contract Administrator accountabilities and responsibilities include: People Support: Provide guidance on contract processes; act as a point of contact for contract-related queries; support team development and performance. Financial Management: Track project costs, process invoices, manage payments, and maintain financial records; report discrepancies; handle internal and partner cost reporting. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate contract terms; manage and resolve contract-related issues. Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and manage contracts and variations; maintain accurate documentation for easy access and compliance. Quality Assurance: Apply quality principles to financial and contract documentation; generate reports and provide insights to management. Risk Management: Identify and flag contract risks; ensure legal and policy compliance; resolve disputes in a timely and fair manner. Key Selection Criteria: [Mandatory] 3-5 years' experience in contract administration or a similar role within the industry. [Mandatory] Sound knowledge of contract management principles, legal aspects, and contract documentation. [Preferred] Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. [Preferred] Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders and resolve contract-related issues.
