Our client is an international manufacturing leader in intralogistics in the fields of conveying, loading, palletising, packaging, sortation and distribution technology. The People & Culture Administrator provides essential HR administrative support to the People & Culture Advisor, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is primarily HR-focused, with additional responsibilities to support general office administration (e.g. travel bookings, reception, distributing mail) This role is a full-time, on-going role, expected to be 3 to 4 months but could be longer. The Role: Maintain HR databases, employee records, and digital filing systems. Provide first-line support for employee queries, escalating more complex matters as required. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Support both global and Australian-based employees with travel visa applications, including preparation of business case support letters and associated documentation. Assist with training and compliance activities (e.g., WHS, mandatory training reminders). Prepare HR-related communications and schedule calendar reminders (e.g., contract expiries, review cycles). Support the People & Culture Advisor in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and wellbeing programs. Assist with payroll input data for Finance, including changes related to new starters, employee exits, role or position changes, and employee leave (e.g. annual leave, personal leave, long service leave). Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication. Assist in preparation of variation letters, and probation review documentation.
