anzuk Education is proud to be partnering with a leading independent school’s Early Learning Centre in the search for an experienced ELC Administrator . This is a full-time role, initially offered on a fixed-term contract through to January 2026 , with a scheduled closure over the Christmas period (22 December 2025 – 2 January 2026). For the right candidate, this opportunity has the potential to transition into a permanent position. About the Role As the ELC Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face of the centre, providing high-level support across enrolments, compliance, communications, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with families, educators, and leadership to ensure the centre runs efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional care and education. What We’re Looking For Experience in administration within an Early Learning Centre & hold a Cert III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education with strong admin skills. Familiarity with OWNA or similar childcare management systems (highly desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records A warm, professional presence and genuine commitment to supporting children, families, and staff A current Working with Children Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one Salary $33.49 – $36.47 per hour, based on experience.
