About the Role: The Operations Coordinator, Community provides operational support and coordination across SCC (WA)’s Home Care/Support at Home services, acting as the primary escalation point for Care Coordinators, Service Coordinators, and Client Engagement. Working closely with the Client Services Manager and Workforce Operations Manager, the role is designed to flexibly respond to the needs of the service, ensuring that frontline teams are supported to deliver high-quality, person-centred, and timely services to clients. This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home two days per week. This is a fixed term role for 6 months. We’ll be asking you to: Provide operational leadership and guidance to Care Coordinators, Service Coordinators, and Client Engagement staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability. Ensure teams are actively capturing and responding to client feedback, acting as the primary escalation point for client concerns and facilitating timely resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, person-centred experiences for clients, ensuring services meet quality and satisfaction standards. Advocate for client satisfaction by driving high-quality service delivery and fostering strong connections and engagement within the community. Support workforce planning initiatives, including recruitment and retention, to build and sustain team capacity. Work with the General Manager, Support at Home and internal teams to facilitate the successful transition to the new Support at Home program. Achieve budget targets related to service hours, income, and expenditure. Monitor operational and capital budgets, track financial performance, and guide team members in implementing corrective actions where required About you: The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role working in Community Servies in an Aged Care setting.
