This is a Associate / Senior Associate, Commercial Litigation role with Allens based in Sydney, NSW, AU Allens Role Seniority - mid level More about the Associate / Senior Associate, Commercial Litigation role at Allens Your role You'll be a part of our band-1 Disputes & Investigations practice , working closely with our Partners and the wider team across all our offices. You will gain exposure to the most complex, high-value and significant matters in the Australian market, also frequently working on international disputes. We encourage our lawyers to find their niche and specialise in areas they're interested in, while building a strong foundation across their field. Your role within our team could typically include advising clients on; Commercial and contractual disputes Regulatory inquiries and investigations Corporate crime Internal investigations Royal Commissions / Commissions of Inquiry/coronial inquests Class actions Arbitration Projects disputes This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. About you You will have: Experience in commercial litigation within a large national or international law firm (we are also open to a combination of private practice and court experience) The ability to effectively manage larger matters, develop client relationships and participate in business development activities A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others (dependent on your level).
