What you’ll be doing… Craft consistently excellent coffee, from rich espressos to beautifully poured lattes, with speed and precision in a high-volume environment Greet every guest warmly, remembering names and personalising interactions to create memorable experiences Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service Keep your workspace clean, organised, and ready for the next rush Share your coffee knowledge and recommendations to enhance each guest’s experience Bring energy and positivity to early mornings, setting the tone for the day Hourly Pay rates: Mon to Fri: $25.85 ( $2.81 evening loading after 7pm) Saturday: $32.31 Sunday: $38.78 Public Holidays: $58.16 Plus: Guaranteed minimum weekly hours Paid annual leave, including leave loading Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays Superannuation contributions Job security with consistent, ongoing shifts
