Job Description SGS is looking for a motivated Junior Operator to support our daily operations and help achieve company objectives efficiently. This FIFO role (15 days on, 13 days off) offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. In this role, you’ll assist, back up, and support various operational activities as needed, helping the team meet deadlines and contribute to the success of the company. It’s a great chance to develop your skills while being part of a collaborative and driven team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist and back up operators in all aspects of the operation Help with the servicing and maintenance of equipment Take initiative in your own professional development within the company Daily inspection of crew (vehicle), servicing of equipment, housekeeping of the caravan and location Performing all assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy and diligence Ensure that all recorded and reported data is accurate and current Effectively communicate with SGS customers To report all near misses and hazardous situations to the operator/supervisor To assist in the JHA program Develop skills needed to be familiar with Quality Management
