About the Role We are seeking a compassionate General Practitioner to join our team in Mildura, providing care to a welcoming rural community with a strong focus on aged care residents. This is an opportunity to practise relationship-based medicine, making a visible and lasting difference in the lives of those who need your care most. You will be well supported by a dedicated full-time nurse, geriatrician, and experienced administrative team, so you can focus on delivering quality consultations and reviews each day. What we offer Attractive Daily Rate: Earn up to $2,300 per day for an 8-hour workday. Support You Can Rely On: We believe great care comes from great teamwork - with nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and admin staff collaborating alongside you to deliver the best outcomes for patients. Manageable Caseload: See approximately 25 patients per day, with the focus firmly on quality of care. Flexibility: Part-time role, 2 days per week, with the option to increase as the service grows. Professional Growth: Ideal for GPs with an interest in aged care or rural health, offering long-term development opportunities within our expanding organisation. Requirements Current AHPRA registration (General or Specialist) with no conditions. Please note: overseas applicants are not eligible for this role. Availability of 1–2 weekdays per week to begin with, with the opportunity to increase as the region continues to grow. Comfortable with technology, including system-based reporting and common clinical software packages. A personal laptop is is required to perform the duties of this role.
