Club Mandalay is seeking a dynamic and community-focused Resident Services Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping resident engagement through events and leisure activities at one of Victoria’s premier resort-style communities. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working under the direction of Avid Sports, this role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a people-first environment and has a strong community and leisure mindset. About the Role As the Resident Services Manager, you will be the face of Club Mandalay for residents, members, and the broader community. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance resident enjoyment, manage leisure and reception services, and collaborate with department heads to maximise resident experiences across the Club. Key Responsibilities Resident Engagement & Services Develop and deliver an annual calendar of resident and community events Drive participation in leisure activities including gym, pool, and tennis Lead the implementation of resident events and represent the Club at Member Committee meetings Manage reception operations and ensure exceptional customer service Conduct resident satisfaction surveys and act on feedback Departmental Collaboration & Operations Collaborate with department heads to optimise resident experiences Manage the membership database and Function Tracker booking system for events Monitor and report on key performance metrics Support the development of operational systems and procedures to grow Club experiences Leadership & Communication Build strong relationships with residents, members, guests, and staff Maintain clear and effective communication across all departments Ensure compliance with Club policies, OH&S standards, and Australian legislation About You To succeed in this role, you’ll be a confident communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for community engagement and operational excellence.
