Position: Internal SalesReports to: Internal Sales Team LeaderLocation: 32 Irwin St, Bellevue WA 6056Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Quotes & OrdersPrepare accurate and on-time quotes.Process sales orders with precision and speed. Customer Communication & SupportCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers at all times.Escalate or resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively. Follow-Up & Sales GrowthRelentlessly follow up on all quotes to drive conversions.Conduct a Daily Hour of Power: outbound calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and uncover new opportunities. Administration & SystemsEnsure all data entry is accurate and efficient within the ERP system.Maintain complete and clear customer records. Teamwork & DevelopmentCollaborate with BDMs, warehouse, purchasing, and support teams to deliver excellent service.Participate in continuous training via the MEGAFIX Academy to build product knowledge and skills. Skills & Experience Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or account support (industrial, construction, or trade background preferred).Strong accuracy in quoting, order processing, and data entry.Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face.Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Proven ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
