Graphics Designer/Coordination | Based in Adelaide One of our best clients are on huge growth period after winning a large number of major contracts and are continuing to expand at pace. As the company scales, they are looking to bring in a creative and organised Graphic Designer, with a focus on internal communications. This is a unique role that blends visual design with coordination across teams, giving you the chance to shape how information flows within the company while ensuring materials look polished and professional. You’ll work closely with managers, leaders, and the CEO to capture and present key messages in an engaging way — from meeting agendas and newsletters to internal documents and policy updates. Whilst this is a Graphics Designer position, you'll also be getting involved with internal strategy around internal/external communications Graphics Designer Responsibilities:Design and create internal communication materials, including newsletters, agendas, and company updates.Support weekly company meetings: preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing clear summaries.Collaborate with managers and leaders to capture requirements, priorities, and key discussion points.Work with the CEO to ensure important messages are communicated effectively.Assist with document branding (e.g., letterheads, templates, presentations).Liaise with the security manager to understand and implement communication policies around internal vs external information sharing.Help with the development of clear, consistent internal communications policies. Graphics Designer Requirements: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with exposure to internal or corporate communications.Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Organisational skills — able to manage agendas, minutes, and multiple communication tasks.Confidence working with leadership teams, capturing requirements, and translating them into clear outputs.Understanding of internal communications best practices (bonus if you’ve worked with policy creation before).
