Your New Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide expert clinical care, leadership, and coordination within Ward 2A. This role requires autonomous practice and advanced nursing skills to deliver specialist, person-centred care for complex patients. Lead and coordinate the clinical management of surgical and non-surgical patients with complex urological and orthopaedic needs.Provide clinical leadership, education, and support to nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams.Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while promoting evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.Participate actively in clinical research, education, and portfolio management responsibilities. About you: The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse with advanced knowledge and experience in Urology and/or Orthopaedics nursing, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and professional leadership. Registered Nurse with a tertiary qualification in nursing and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).Demonstrated advanced clinical and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to work autonomously.Proven leadership experience in coordinating nursing care and mentoring clinical teams.Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice, with postgraduate qualifications or enrolment highly desirable.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery.
