Your New Role We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the operational and clinical management of patient transport services across Metro South Health. In this role, you will: Oversee MSH Patient Transport operations, including Non-Urgent Non-Ambulance (NuNa) services, inter-hospital transfers, and RaFT system management.Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and specialist advice to ensure safe, timely, and patient-centred transport.Manage resources, budgets, and data reporting to optimise service efficiency and compliance with quality standards.Lead workforce development, mentoring, and professional learning within the Patient Transport team. About You You are a highly skilled nurse leader with advanced expertise in patient transport and flow management.
