You will be working in partnership with our Assistant Centre Manager and Head of Curriculum to lead a high-performing team, striving to provide the highest quality care and education for all children, families, staff, and the community. As a Centre Manager, you will ensure a smooth and safe child & family experience while nurturing a positive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration. About You Degree OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Minimum 2 years’ Centre Manager experience Previous experience in leading a startup/brand-new centre is highly regarded Strong background in driving change and leading new services In-depth knowledge of Children’s Services Regulations and National Quality Standards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Skilled in leading, inspiring, and motivating teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passionate, enthusiastic, and strongly committed to high-quality care Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor certificate Core Values and Principles Our Values Inspiring & Nurturing We are committed to creating environments where children feel inspired to explore, learn, and grow.
