We are currently expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Full Time Accounts Receivable professional to join us in our North Brisbane based office! About the Role Due to strong growth, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. You will have key responsibilities including: Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs. Daily service job close downs with accurate billing. Producing and reviewing periodic customer billing. Reconciling daily payments. Debt Collection - following up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and formal letters. Escalating problematic accounts to management when necessary. Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and customer queries. Processing credit applications and setting up new customer accounts. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information. Preparing and sending out statements of account to customers. Collaborating with sales and service teams to resolve billing issues. Assisting with month-end closing procedures related to Accounts Receivable. Managing and organising records and files efficiently. Handling high-volume data entry with precision. Liaising with management and staff, providing assistance where required. Providing general office support, including various administration tasks. The Essentials We're looking for someone who possesses: Excellent computer skills, specifically in Excel and Word, with the ability to quickly and efficiently learn and utilise other programs. A "can and will do" attitude. A well-developed ability to work within a project environment, achieving desired results within allocated timeframes. Awesome communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, outgoing personality. Attention to detail (paramount). Reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty. An aptitude for working with figures. The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a fast-paced environment along with excellent communication skills.
