What You'll Be Doing: As a key member of the Customer Service Team, you'll: Handle inbound calls and assist customers with orders, delivery inquiries, and product recommendations. Process orders accurately while promoting slow-moving products and upselling where possible. Support the sales team with quotes, administrative tasks, and order updates. Conduct outbound calls to encourage reorders and build strong customer relationships. Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Promote our self-service ordering portal and help customers navigate it. What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who brings: A positive, can-do attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Computer literacy and experience working with large product ranges. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when handling repetitive tasks. Bonus Points For: Previous experience in a similar customer service role. Previous experience with any of the below systems. Negotiation skills and complaint-handling expertise. Tools You'll Use: You'll work with systems like Netsuite, Excel, Freight software, and Microsoft Office applications. Don't worry-the team will provide onboarding support to get you up to speed! Team Structure: You'll be joining a supportive Customer Service Team led by a Team Leader alongside three other Customer Service Officers. Collaboration is at the heart of what they do!
