Your Role endota Spa Managers are passionate about leading and nurturing their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance. As the face of the spa, the Spa Manager is responsible for: Creating an optimal working environment where you lead, engage, and develop a high performing team of therapists in-line with our values. Financial Performance of the spa including: achieving spa budget & KPI’s, forecasting targets and roster management. Delivering an exceptional level of customer service to build up your spa’s client base. Managing spa recruitment needs and onboarding new team members. Daily spa operations including: optimising client bookings, inventory management and maintaining spa presentation standards. Your Skills & Experience Previous spa management experience. Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience is desired, but not essential. Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti). You are a confident leader with previous experience managing a team of therapists. You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with your high level of customer service. You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation. You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills. Whilst it is our preference to recruit and employ from the local labour market, we will consider applicants who are already in Australia and hold a visa with work rights.
