About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in the vehicle refinishing sector based in Perth.This role combines sales expertise with technical know-how, helping customers get the best results from our Vehicle Refinish brands and products while building strong, long-term relationships. No previous sales experience? No problem — sales training will be provided to set you up for success.You’ll work closely with body shops, distributors, and end-users, providing technical advice, training, and tailored solutions — all while driving sales growth across your territory.What You’ll Do • Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers • Promote and sell our premium refinishing solutions to body shops and distributors • Provide on-site technical demonstrations, product training, and support • Identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer service, marketing) to deliver exceptional customer experiencesWhat We’re Looking For • Proven experience in technical within the automotive, coatings, or refinishing industry (workshop, body shop, distribution or product support experience welcomed) • A willingness to learn sales skills – no prior sales experience required (full sales training provided) • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle refinishing products and processes • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • Willingness to travel across the assigned region with some international travelWhy Join Us?Being a Global company, we have a suite of benefits we can offer you than your standard permanent role and job stability: • Career Pathway and Training: We're committed to helping you reach your career goals.
