Searson Buck are on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator for their valued Client based in Burnie, TAS About the Role Provide evaluation and recommendation of contractor’s services for use in selecting contractors for future projects Be a primary contact with all contractors / suppliers around maintenance to building and other assets Manage Contractor and other workers to under go and complete projects on schedule as per management policies Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) and update the PM plan timely Manage Utilities - Electricity (high and low voltage), water, sewage, ventilation, heating, build and reconstruction of the facilities, yards, gates, fences, carparks parking Oversee maintenance of forklifts, all lifting and rolling equipment, racks, bins, compressor systems and vehicle maintenance Ensure government’s rules and regulations regarding maintenance is followed Collaborate with other departments Managers & Team Members where necessary About You Relevant Trade Qualification - advantageous Knowledge of various engineering, manufacturing, maintenance tasks and practices Ability to pass a National Police Check Current Drivers License Provide suggestion on how we may modify existing approaches or develop new solutions, around maintenance.
