About the Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Customer Operations, and based in their Thornleigh head office, the role is focussed on supporting new and existing clients with tailored product demonstrations and the development of high-level solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements gathering for technical and functional specifications, to support existing customers with their customisation needs. Day to day: Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points. Prepare and deliver technical product presentations and demos, both online and face-to-face. Requirements gathering and documentation with customers for modification and customisation development. Prepare and present product proposals and responses to RFPs. Work closely with the product team to ensure proposed solutions can be developed and implemented. About You We are looking for an experienced Pre-sales Consultant, ideally with exposure to a business analyst/consulting style role in the software industry, who thrives in a dynamic and varied role. Ability to effectively communicate technical and business benefits clearly and persuasively to various audiences. An analytical thinker with the creativity to develop tailored solutions to address complex problems. Previous experience producing specifications for modifications to ERP systems - Nice to have! Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation skills to balance company and client interests.
