Job Summary: We’re looking for a collaborative and user-focused Product Designer to help shape the future of the myprosperity client portal—a leading solution that empowers seamless collaboration between clients, accountants, and financial advisers across every aspect of their financial lives. In this role, you’ll work closely with supportive, cross-functional teams across Technology and Product to co-create thoughtful, intuitive experiences that reflect a deep understanding of user needs. Your contributions will help ensure a consistent and human-centered design approach that enhances trust and engagement, while aligning with the broader goals of the UX Design team. Your ability to listen, empathize, and bring people together around shared design solutions will be key in delivering meaningful and impactful user experiences. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product designers, managers, front-end developers, business analysts, and QA testers within an agile delivery team, fostering open communication and shared ownership of outcomes. Design and prototype thoughtfully, creating low- and high-fidelity concepts that invite exploration and invite feedback, using design methods that center the user’s needs. Engage stakeholders with warmth and clarity, facilitating design conversations and presenting work in a way that encourages open dialogue, alignment, and continuous improvement. Champion user research by conducting usability testing with customers, listening carefully to their experiences, and refining designs to ensure a truly user-centered approach. Deliver polished design artifacts that clearly communicate intent and facilitate smooth collaboration with development teams, upholding standards of consistency, usability, and accessibility. Contribute to the design system by nurturing and expanding HUB24’s reusable UI components, ensuring a cohesive and scalable design language for the entire organisation. Requirements: Passion for design: A genuine enthusiasm for user-centered design, with the confidence and openness to share your process and outcomes in a collaborative way with teams and stakeholders. At least 3 years contributing as a valued member of a user-focused design team within an agile environment. Experience designing for native mobile applications. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (helpful but not essential). Proficient in Figma for wireframing, designing, and co-creating with others. Comfortable developing interactive prototypes to engage stakeholders and customers, inviting feedback and iteration. A thoughtfully curated portfolio that tells the story of your design thinking and process through real case studies. Experience creating clear, accessible design documentation that supports smooth handovers to developers. Attentive to detail, with a collaborative spirit to contribute to, maintain, and grow design systems for consistency and scalability. A cooperative mindset — able to take guidance, offer support, and see projects through to completion with care. Curious and empathetic, able to quickly understand business goals and challenges, and craft thoughtful design solutions. Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate ideas clearly and respectfully. Experience thriving as an engaged, flexible member of an agile delivery team. Comfortable sketching ideas by hand and using digital tools to bring concepts to life. Empathy, curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn and grow alongside your team and users.
