More specifically, here’s what your day might look like Provide technical support by phone and on-site (repairs, maintenance, installations). Visit hospitals and client sites to perform repairs and offer training. Handle service calls and follow up until resolution and customer satisfaction. Process orders for parts and services, and manage related documentation. Collaborate with Engineering and other departments to report field issues and improve processes. Support local operations: shipping, receiving, inventory, packaging. Monitor and manage parts inventory (Kanban, JIT). Participate in improving tools, procedures, and customer experience.
