The Family: A warm and supportive family with two young boys. Both children have global developmental delay, so they require extra patience, care, and understanding. The family is seeking a nanny who can provide reliable support and assist with daily routines as well as occasional overnight care. Pets are part of the household. Days & hours: Flexible days. Short-term position beginning in September 2025. Some overnight care may be required. A typical day will include: Supporting the children’s morning routine Preparing healthy meals and snacks School and daycare drop-off and pick-up when required Coordinating activities and outings, such as trips to the park Laundry and light household tasks Supporting nap time routines Engaging the boys in play and developmental activities Running errands as needed Location: Sans Souci, WA The family’s dream nanny: The ideal nanny will have experience supporting children with special needs, particularly developmental delays. They will be compassionate, reliable, and flexible, with the confidence to provide overnight care when required. A genuine love of children, a patient nature, and the ability to adapt to the family’s flexible schedule are essential.
