Reporting to the Regional VP of Paid Media in APAC, you will create impact within our Paid Search Team, in the Paid Media Capability. We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join our global team. Responsibilities Provide support and collaborate with local and international teams Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliers Oversee a portfolio of digital campaigns and provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations and KPIs Manage and monitor the production and presentation of client facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards Collaborate with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to drive innovative solutions for our clients Achieve continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfish's working relationships, practices and methods Take ownership for the paid media team's development needs, ensuring that each team member has a training and personal development plan with regular feedback sessions Ensure that the performance and conduct of the paid media team is in line with Jellyfish business processes and procedures Uphold the company's position and integrity at all times, particularly within the realms of confidentiality and discretion Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on all emerging formats, technical solutions, and initiatives Qualifications 8 years of experience in digital marketing paid media & paid search management Demonstrated experience effectively leading a paid media / digital marketing team, including management of direct reports In-depth knowledge of technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns, particularly Paid Search, including SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads (Bing) Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, SA360, and Google Analytics Demonstrated expertise in SA360 required Skills using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office required Experience with GMP platforms such as CM360 and DV360 is preferred but not strictly required Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
