Our Indigenous Programs Division develops, and delivers programs to increase awareness, increase Indigenous representation, and uplift team capability at the individual level across government and industry. About You With advanced people leadership skills and deep management and commercial experience, you demonstrate effective results through collaboration and partnership with internal and external stakeholders, excelling as a skilled communicator and advocate who builds meaningful relationships while fostering inclusive, culturally safe, and trauma-informed workplaces that drive long-term sustainability and positive outcomes. Key Requirements Previous experience leading people, operations, governance, compliance and financial management of a small company or a division within a company. Experienced in representing the interests of First Nations staff, community and stakeholders while building strong relationships with our customers that include government agencies and partners. Experience in developing commercial opportunities for the division, working closely with government organisations, communities and industry partners. Experience in driving organisational performance, planning, and risk management to ensure sustainability and growth.
