The Role As the Aged Care General Manager, you will lead the multi-disciplinary team to ensure residents receive an exceptional standard of clinical care. Your leadership will also ensure excellent operational performance in line with the new Aged Care Standards and Organisational Objectives. You will oversee the operations of a stunning aged care residence located in Leeton, reporting to an approachable Executive Management team, with support from external ANACC, Quality, HR & Operations teams. You will lead a skilled Clinical Care Manager on-site and a team of experienced aged care Registered Nurses at all times. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional clinical care and maintain high care standards. Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential aged care residence in Leeton. Collaborate with external ANACC, Quality, HR & Operations teams to ensure compliance and governance. Lead and support the Clinical Care Manager on-site and supervise Registered Nurses to ensure 24/7 coverage. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture aligned with RFBI values. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adherence to Aged Care Standards and Accreditation requirements.
