As such the CEO requires an exceptional leader to enhance the 3 senior departmental managers whilst also ready for a new greenfield site to also be built. This senior leadership role drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and global impact from a regional base. The key will be to have demonstrated previous residing in a rural part of Australia or NZ before (must have to be considered).
