This is a permanent full time position Monday to Friday only (no weekends) reports directly to our General Manager in our beautiful care home with ocean views at Bilambil Heights, NSW. About You: You offer a bubbly, friendly, helpful and high empathy personality where helping others fills your cup. You have worked in small to medium company receptionist roles similar to what you experience at surf clubs, caravan/holiday parks, retail, hospitality or hotel front of house workplaces, where interacting with people all day is the core of your role. You thrive on variety in your day, moving around, talking about services and products to new customers. You enjoy interacting with older members of the community and work with patience, high empathy and being a good listener. Excellent communication skills, naturally proactive, organised, can prioritise, work independently and be a good problem solver. Experience in responding to a high-volume of enquiries via email, phone and walk-ins with a welcoming and supportive personality.
