You will assist in managing the front office area and attend to guest requests. You will have sound computer skills, like a challenge and thrive on problem solving. Responsibilities: - Be a brand ambassador for voco, Surfers Paradise - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards are maintained - Oversee reception and at times night audit, and maintain accurate hotel accounts and reports - Liaise with all hotel departments to solve challenges and strive for guest satisfaction.
