They are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join their Customer Experience Team in their head office team based in Gordon on Sydney's North Shore. The Role This is a varied position where no two days look the same. You'll coordinate projects across operations, customer experience, and facilities, while also stepping in with ad hoc office or reception support when needed. Perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, keeping projects on track and brings warmth, professionalism, and initiative to their work. Key Responsibilities Build and manage project plans, track progress, and keep stakeholders engaged. Support customer-focused initiatives, office upgrades, refurbishments, and technology rollouts. Provide ad hoc office and reception support to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with marketing activities, including coordinating collateral, events, and internal communications. Bring creative, sustainable solutions to improve staff and customer experiences. What We're Looking for Experience in project coordination or management. Confidence and professional training on project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Trello, MS Project) and MS Office. Exceptional organisation skills, adaptability, and be comfortable managing competing priorities. Strong communication skills, and an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
