What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee day-to-day service in the bar and restaurant Support the Restaurant Manager in training and supervising front-of-house staff Ensure smooth service, high standards, and a positive team environment Jump in on the floor or behind the bar as needed — lead by example Manage bookings, sections, and service flow Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care What We’re Looking For: Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a fast-paced restaurant, bar or café Confident in both floor and bar service, with strong all-round hospitality knowledge A hands-on leader who can motivate and support the team Calm, organised, and great under pressure Strong communication and problem-solving skills Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays Based in or relocating to the Dunsborough region (accommodation not provided) Must have the right to work in Australia Why Join Southcamp?
