The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing patient-centered care, with a strong focus on preventive health and chronic disease management. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Conduct health assessments, examinations, and procedures as required. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare providers. Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with Australian healthcare regulations. Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
