Base pay range A$145.00/yr - A$175.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Roundtree Search Real Estate Private Credit and Private Equity Recruitment Professional | 0478723369 Roundtree Search are recruiting for an Investment Manager, to be based in a Sydney Investment Funds Management platform with large growth plans to capitalise within CRE lending. This is a prime opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate level candidate to take the lead with complex transactions whilst gaining experience working across the full spectrum of the lending transaction lifecyle. Working closely with the Head of Capital and CEO, this role has a strong origination focus across the capital stack, backed by a robust balance sheet and access to diverse capital pools. The successful candidate will make a direct contribution to FUM growth, driving deal execution and sponsor relationships. This is an opportunity to join a small, high-performing team with proven leadership, offering broad exposure and a clear runway for career progression. A competitve salary package and bonus scheme (directly related to your performance and FUM) is available. This role will cater to a driven candidate: with 3-5 years of experience within CRE Private Credit or CRE Advisory who feels comfortable engaging with brokers and sponsors alike to drive origination with an outstanding attitude, eager to work hard and grow within CRE Private credit with the analytical skills to manage individual dealflow in line with the right risk profile vs fund mandates Is this you?
