Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role drives national sales performance, marketing excellence, and customer engagement, ensuring strong alignment between strategic objectives, market opportunities, and operational delivery. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Strategic Leadership Develop and execute Hi-Tec Oils’ national sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. Provide executive-level input into budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, ensuring sustainable profitability. Identify and capitalise on new markets, customer segments, and distribution opportunities. Drive innovation in sales, marketing, and customer engagement to differentiate the brand in competitive markets. Lead and mentor State Sales Managers and their teams to deliver strong, consistent performance nationally. Introduce and embed structured sales processes, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics to increase accountability. Build strategic partnerships with key distributors, resellers, and end-users to expand market penetration. Foster a culture of disciplined pipeline management and new business development. Marketing & Brand Leadership Oversee the development of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and integrated campaigns across all channels. Strengthen Hi-Tec Oils’ presence and reputation in both automotive and industrial sectors. Build digital marketing, analytics, and customer insights capability to drive data-led decision making. Partner with technical and operational teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives. Leadership & Organisational Development Create a high-performance culture built on clear expectations, accountability, and collaboration. Recruit, develop, and retain high-calibre sales and marketing talent across the business. Champion cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations. Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategic decision-making. Skills & Experience Required 10 years of executive level commercial leadership experience with responsibility for both sales and marketing (automotive, industrial, or FMCG sector experience highly regarded). Proven track record in delivering significant revenue growth and market expansion at national scale. Demonstrated success in building and embedding structured systems, processes, and frameworks to enable growth. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across executive, customer, and partner levels. Inspirational leadership style, with demonstrated ability to lead multi-state, multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and performance reporting tools.
