SPC Taskforce Fremont The taskforce engages with a broad range of stakeholders to collate, analyse and produce holistic insights and intelligence which informs whole-of-system decision making to enhance security settings of nominated Commonwealth interests. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver on core responsibilities and meet any specific role requirements. Operating under broad direction, you will contribute to a cooperative and adaptable environment aligned with the SPC's and AFP strategic objectives. As a Team Leader in the AFP you will play a pivotal role in developing people, managing change and influencing behaviours that lead to a supportive culture that respects the perspectives, talents and value of each individual. As a Protection Operations Analyst you will: Contribute to collaborative high-level operational and strategic assessments and reports in support of Command objectives. Provide high-level written and verbal protective security advice and briefings to a range of stakeholders. Apply high-level research methods into contemporary protective security issues and trends to inform and influence protective security strategies. Build and sustain relationships with a network of people internally and externally, proactively offering assistance for a mutually beneficial relationship, and anticipating and being responsive to internal and external client needs. Maintain currency in protective security concepts and methods through ongoing professional development and learning opportunities, both internal and external to the AFP. Maintain knowledge and situational awareness of contemporary social and political issues likely to resonate in the protective security threat environment.
