Job Description The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end construction process for new restaurant builds and refurbishments, ensuring all GYG stores are built on time, to standard, and within budget. This includes ensuring each project aligns with approved designs, landlord agreements, and financial commitments while managing all external and internal stakeholders throughout the construction phase. This role requires close collaboration with Development and Design teams to ensure all stores are executed to GYG’s quality standards, operational requirements, and strategic growth objectives.
