The Role: We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (2 years) to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting adults across the NDIS space, helping them build skills, independence, and quality of life. In this role, you will: Work closely with adults with Autism, cognitive impairments, and mental health challenges. Provide comprehensive assessments and interventions tailored to each person’s needs and goals. Build strong therapeutic relationships that focus on connection, trust, and empowerment. Grow and manage your own caseload with the support of a collaborative team. Contribute to specific projects, with the freedom to develop your areas of professional interest.
