Read on About the role Reporting directly to the General Manager of Marketing and eCommerce, you'll be responsible for developing and executing inspiring content which brings our purpose to life and boosts brand visibility, engages our audience, and drives customer engagement and conversion across our social media platforms and paid performance marketing. On any given day your responsibilities will include; Create authentic and engaging content (including photos, videos, reels, stories, and posts) tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Produce and edit short-form creative specifically for paid digital advertising (Meta, Tik Tok) with ability to develop multiple variations of ad content for A/B testing (eg. hooks, captions, formats) Develop social media pillars and content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal food trends. Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce team to brainstorm and co-create ideas ensuring content reflects our brand voice and appeals to home cooking enthusiasts. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize content performance. Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner to foster community growth. Assist in basic graphic design and editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Track and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions. This is a 3-month part time role, approximately 3-4 days per week, with the potential to extend based on performance. Flexible hours with hybrid working across our HQ, test kitchen, retail stores and from home. Access to some equipment provided, will need to supply own iPhone. Who we are looking for You have a deep connection and passion for food and cooking. Proven experience as a social media content creator, preferably in the food, hospitality, or lifestyle sector. Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across eCommerce, marketing and retail. Strong portfolio showcasing creative content (e.g., food photography, short-form videos). A creative aesthetic aligned with our brand, which will complement our existing content style. Proficiency in social media platforms and content editing tools (e.g., scheduling software like Later). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling. Knowledge of current food and social media trends, SEO best practices, and social media algorithms. Proven experience to grow social media community and engagement Comfortable being the face of the brand in our social media channels Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, film, media or a related field. Preferred but not essential.
