We are now recruiting a Part-time Training Support Assistant (25 hours per week) to join the team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. As we are embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey with the rollout of a new training platform, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Support Assistant to join our L&D team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a project that will shape the future of how our people learn & grow. Some of the day-to-day duties will include: Oversight of our Airline clients learning management systems Onboarding and Offboarding employees’ data through our new system, My Learning Zone Maintain data entry of training courses, training attendance, inductions and assessment as required Follow up any outstanding non-compliance across all airports to ensure matters are addressed in a timely fashion Support weekly training and compliance meetings with all airports Coordinate and assist our airports with recurrency to ensure all recurrency training is maintained To be successful: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Be willing and able to perform repetitive administrative tasks Have excellent attention to detail Comfortable in working with multiple stakeholder groups If you’re looking for an opportunity to be part of an exciting learning transformation project, while being supported by a collaborative team environment, apply now.
