What You’ll Be Doing Provide expert diagnostic advice to veterinary clients. Consult on interpretation of IDEXX laboratory results and in-house diagnostic data. Deliver timely, professional, and medically accurate information to enhance the customer experience. Support IDEXX’s growth by contributing to our reputation for excellence in veterinary diagnostics. What You’ll Need to Succeed Veterinary Degree : Recognised in Australia/New Zealand, with eligibility for professional registration. Clinical Experience : Proven background in companion animal practice. Diagnostic Expertise : Familiarity with IDEXX VetLab® Suite and SNAP® tests. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication. Team Player : Collaborative mindset with a service-oriented attitude.
