Your new role: As a Director Support Officer - Medical, you will ensure the smooth running of the department by: Acting as the primary contact for communication flow, managing correspondence, and preparing official documents. Coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for Directors and medical staff. Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems to support departmental efficiency. Working independently to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, collaborating closely with the wider Medical Services administrative team.
