About your role: Supports the professional development of nursing and midwifery staff, including Clinical Facilitators, novice/less experienced nursing staff, post-graduate, and undergraduate nursing students and AINs,working within Emergency Department units across CHHHS. Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders at the statewide network to develop and implement assessment, standards for practice, planning, review, and evaluation of educational programs for nursingstaff working within Emergency Departments. Promotes a learning environment through clinical support, instruction, and feedback including mentoringof novice/less experienced nursing staff working within the Emergency Department and across CHHHS.
