The team leads governance assurance across establishment and people systems, supporting compliance, digital transformation, and workforce planning initiatives. Additional benefits include: employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) salary sacrificing options generous leave entitlements such as 4 weeks recreational leave p.a. with 17.5% loading About your opportunity This permanent full-time AO6 role (76 hours per fortnight) leads the governance of establishment and people systems, ensuring compliance, digital readiness, and strategic alignment across the Townsville HHS. Your role will include managing establishment data in myHR, ensuring compliance through effective reporting and auditing, and coordinating Job Evaluation Management System (JEMS) processes. You will lead the governance of people systems, maintain current policies, and plan for future digital solutions in collaboration with leadership. This position will have line management responsibility of 4 FTE.
