You will contribute to the efficient delivery of the QTRIP via effective communication, liaison and community engagement to support program managers and project teams across the district, and to the development of stakeholder communication and correspondence material. Some of your responsibilities will include:- Research and analyse information to prepare high-quality written content for Ministerial and Executive briefing notes and correspondence to ensure a clear, concise and consistent response to key external stakeholders and the broader community.- Develop community engagement plans for QTRIP projects, including the development of key messages, targeted engagement and communication strategies and associated materials. - Preparation of communication materials including newsletters, flyers, roadworks advice, display materials, and other communication material to support delivery of QTRIP projects.- Research and prepare draft media releases, social media content, and responses to media enquiries.- Develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of key external stakeholders.- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information, QTRIP and related project data and correspondence in accordance with departmental standards and records management procedures, and systems.
