Driver Licence: This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle. Verification of license must be provided prior to commencement of duty. Applicant ideally will have a working knowledge of a range of software packages used in the clinical and management environment, e.g., Microsoft Windows, Excel, Access, Matrix and Power Point. Travel: This position may be required to travel to (via small planes or ferry), and work at, other facilities located within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service, e.g., participate in clinical activities or meetings for planning, quality, performance and education. This may involve day and/or overnight stays. The successful applicant must be able to commit to this requirement. This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
