About the role The Associate Director, Global Student Recruitment is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic international student recruitment initiatives. You will play a critical part in enhancing the University's global profile, driving international student enrolments, and managing key stakeholder relationships across international markets. The position provides strategic oversight of recruitment operations, ensuring alignment with institutional goals, compliance requirements, and market trends. You will: drive strategic leadership and direction for the Global Student Recruitment team, both on- and offshore; conceptualize and lead high-level creative planning, development and implementation of international student recruitment policies and strategies across key markets; manage and oversee activities within budget and to agreed targets; manage in-country representatives in the achievement of strategic objectives; and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders in the achievement of overarching global recruitment objectives. About you Reporting to the Executive Director, Global, you will possess broad knowledge and experience of international education markets, visa regulations and compliance frameworks. You will also have the ability to establish, maintain and foster collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will possess demonstrated: experience to identify challenges, analyse complex issues, and develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance international student recruitment; highly developed planning and organisational skills, with experience in setting strategic priorities; experience in developing, adapting, and implementing strategies that respond to evolving priorities and emerging global trends; and experience in developing and leading high-performing multi-cultural and globally dispersed sales teams.
